The Claims Process
PhylMart provides a sophisticated service that is precise and
easily administrated. It is designed to speed your claims through
the payment process with a minimal amount of effort on your part.
How It Works:
- PhylMart receives claims via Fed Ex, fax, or
mail. Courier service provided for local clients.
- The data is entered into our system and
transmitted to the appropriate claims center.
- As each claim is entered, the system
automatically checks for errors. A report is generated for all
claims submitted, and inaccurate claims are corrected before
reaching the carrier.
- Error-free claims are routed directly to the
payor for immediate processing.
- A reimbursement check is sent directly to
your office, usually within 7 to 14 days.
